  • 4 garlic cloves, grated

  • 400 g vegan mince
  • 2 dl crushed tomatoes
  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric

  • 1 tsp salt

To serve

  • rice
  • roti/chapati
  • fresh coriander

  5. Serve: With rice and roti/chapati, topped with fresh coriander.

Notes

Taco style: Try serving in tortillas or chapati with salad and raita for an “untraditional” but delicious twist.

Raita: A cooling yogurt sauce pairs perfectly with this spiced dish.
